KETA Media has named a replacement for Anders Brandt, who stepped down from their governing body to pursue other endeavors. Øystein Engebretsen, put forward by the second-largest stakeholder, Altor Equity, will act as board member until the subsequent shareholder assembly. Engebretsen was not part of the appointment process due to his position on the nominating committee. His remuneration will be equivalent to that of other board representatives.
Chairwoman Catherine Moerck-Back conveyed appreciation for Brandt’s contributions and greeted Engebretsen to the board. Engebretsen highlighted KETA Media’s significance within Altor’s holdings and their dedication to bolstering the company’s standing as a top lead generation innovator.
