Christopher Reedy Appointed Chief Operating Officer at Butler National Corporation

Butler National Corporation has elevated Christopher Reedy to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

In an effort to optimize processes and boost productivity, Butler National Corporation revealed the designation of Christopher J. Reedy as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Secretary of the organization. Reedy, associated with Butler National since 2000, possesses extensive experience, having formerly held the position of Vice President and Secretary within the company.

It is noteworthy that Butler National Services Corporation, a branch of Butler National Corporation, secured a management agreement for the Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, Kansas in 2008.

This calculated choice arises during a phase of reorganization for the company and seeks to utilize Reedy’s proficiency across its two primary business domains: specialized management solutions for the gaming sector and the modification of specialized mission aircraft. Reedy’s robust leadership attributes and comprehensive grasp of the company’s functions make him the perfect fit to propel expansion and achievements in this new capacity.

Reedy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

All operational subsidiaries of Butler National Corporation will now answer to the Chief Operating Officer, who will, in turn, report to the Chief Executive Officer and oversee shareholder interactions.

R. Warren Wagoner, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Butler National Corporation, conveyed his trust in Reedy’s capabilities, remarking, “I am delighted to declare the Board’s selection of Chris Reedy to the position of Chief Operating Officer.”

He possesses ample qualifications, his history aligns perfectly with the COO requirements. Mr. Ready stands exceptionally equipped to assume the role of Butler National Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer.

“He’s proven invaluable to the organization for two decades. He’s been deeply involved in aspects ranging from fuel system safety enhancements and avionics upgrades to aircraft alteration discussions. Furthermore, we can’t overlook his extensive time dedicated to supporting our gaming ventures, encompassing navigating governmental oversight and cultivating strong workforce dynamics. We’re fortunate to retain him.”
